オーナーは中古タイヤの販売者で、古い自販機に興味があって集めていたそうです。 I hear that the owner is a used tire dealer and he has been interested in old vending machines and collected them.
中には、部品も手に入らない昭和時代の機械もあり、彼が自ら維持修理しなければならないということです。 Some of them were made in Showa era and have no parts to repair with. So, he himself has to do maintaining and repairing all of them.
これらの自販機はすべて現役です。 These machines are all working.
外国人が驚くのは一つの機械が冷たいものと温かいものを提供できるという点です。 What surprises foreigners is that a machine can serve both cold and warm drinks.
出来立てのあったかい食べ物が機械から出てくるのにもびっくりです。 They are surprised to see hot and ready to eat food coming from the machines.

そして、その数の多さと売っている商品の多彩さに圧倒されています。 And they are overpowered by the number of machines and variety of goods they sell.
（１）get together は人が集まるだけでなくたんに合うという意味でも使われます。 Let’s get together 30 minutes later. (30分後に会いましょう）
（２）vend は、引き売りをする、行商をするという動詞です。 'Tora-san' was the most famous vendor in Japan. (寅さんは日本中で一番有名な行商人でした)
（３）all the way はわざわざ、はるばるという意味の他に途中ずっとと言う意味もあります。
